These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ManageOps360. By creating an account, executing an order, or using the Services, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for yourself or the organization you represent.
1. Agreement and eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and, when using the Services for an organization, have authority to bind that organization. Additional order forms, implementation statements, data-processing terms, or product-specific terms may apply. If there is a conflict, a signed commercial agreement controls for the conflicting subject matter.
2. Accounts and administrators
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, enable reasonable security controls, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Tenant owners control their users, roles, customer access, connected accounts, and configuration. Actions performed through an authorized account are treated as Tenant instructions.
3. The Services
ManageOps360 may provide customer management, billing, invoicing, ledger, inventory, reporting, email, messaging integration, and related operational features. Features can vary by plan, implementation, region, or third-party availability. We may improve or modify the Services, provided we do not materially reduce paid core functionality during an active committed subscription without reasonable notice.
4. Tenant data and responsibilities
You retain ownership of data submitted to the Services. You grant ManageOps360 the limited right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of Tenant data, customer notices and consent, user permissions, billing and tax configuration, and required record retention.

5. Email, WhatsApp, and third-party integrations
Connected services are also governed by their providers’ terms and policies. For WhatsApp functionality, the Tenant must own or be authorized to administer the connected WhatsApp Business Account and phone number. The Tenant is responsible for obtaining recipient consent, using approved message templates where required, honoring opt-outs, maintaining accurate contact details, and paying provider charges.
You authorize ManageOps360 to exchange account identifiers, templates, recipient information, documents, message content, and delivery events with the selected provider solely to perform requested integration functions. We may suspend an integration that creates security, legal, policy, or deliverability risk.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate law, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or provider policies.
- Send unsolicited, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful communications.
- Upload malware, probe security, bypass access controls, or disrupt the Services.
- Access another Tenant’s data or share credentials with unauthorized persons.
- Misrepresent identity, consent, business authority, invoices, or financial records.
- Reverse engineer or resell the Services except where expressly permitted.
7. Fees, taxes, and third-party charges
Paid Services are billed according to the applicable order or subscription. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for charges imposed by third-party platforms, including messaging, email, payment, hosting, telecommunications, or Meta services connected to your account.
8. Availability, support, and changes
We work to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, internet failures, provider outages, force majeure events, or emergency security work may affect availability. Support scope and response targets depend on the applicable plan or agreement.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” ManageOps360 disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ManageOps360 is not a tax, accounting, or legal adviser, and configuration outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. ManageOps360’s aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amount paid for the affected Services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a signed agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services subject to your subscription commitments. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, provider-policy violations, or when required by law. Upon termination, access ends and data is handled according to the applicable agreement, our retention practices, and the Data Deletion Instructions.
11. Changes and contact
