ManageOps360 provides operational software for service businesses, including customer management, billing, invoicing, inventory, reporting, and connected messaging. This policy explains our practices when we act as a service provider to a tenant and when we collect information directly through our website.
1. Scope and roles
This policy applies to manageops360.com, ManageOps360-hosted applications, and related support and integration services (collectively, the “Services”). A business that subscribes to the Services is a “Tenant.” For customer records entered by a Tenant, the Tenant determines why and how that information is processed, while ManageOps360 processes it to provide the Services.
2. Information we collect
Account and business information
We may collect names, business names, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, account identifiers, authentication records, subscription details, and support communications.
Tenant operational data
Tenants may submit customer contact details, service addresses, package and service records, invoice and payment information, tax settings, inventory activity, support notes, and other operational records.
Technical information
We may process IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, audit events, diagnostic logs, cookie identifiers, and information necessary to protect and operate the Services.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
- Authenticate users and enforce tenant-level permissions.
- Generate invoices, reports, audit histories, and operational records at a Tenant’s instruction.
- Deliver requested email or messaging notifications.
- Respond to support requests and communicate service or security updates.
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud, troubleshoot failures, and comply with legal obligations.
4. WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta data
When a Tenant connects a WhatsApp Business Account, ManageOps360 may process the Tenant’s WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone-number ID, display number, verified business name, encrypted access credentials, message-template metadata, recipient phone numbers, outbound message content, provider message IDs, delivery status, failure details, and webhook events.
We use this information only to connect the Tenant’s account, synchronize approved templates, send Tenant-authorized operational messages, attach requested business documents such as invoices, display delivery history, and maintain security and audit records.
Each Tenant owns and controls its connected WhatsApp Business Account and is responsible for customer consent, lawful messaging, approved templates, and compliance with Meta and WhatsApp policies. ManageOps360 does not sell WhatsApp or Meta platform data.
Information received from Meta products is handled in accordance with this policy and applicable Meta platform terms. Disconnecting an account stops new messaging access, subject to deletion and retention requirements described below.
5. Sharing and subprocessors
We disclose information only as needed to operate the Services, follow Tenant instructions, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transaction with appropriate safeguards. Providers may include cloud hosting, database, email delivery, document generation, monitoring, payment, and messaging platforms. Meta receives information necessary to provide the WhatsApp Business Platform. We do not sell personal information or use Tenant customer data for third-party advertising.
6. Security and tenant isolation
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include encrypted transport, encrypted storage for integration credentials, access controls, tenant scoping, audit logging, secure webhook validation, backups, and restricted production access. No security measure eliminates all risk, and Tenants remain responsible for protecting their accounts and assigning appropriate user access.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as required to provide the Services, meet contractual commitments, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. Integration credentials are removed or disabled when the relevant connection is deleted. Backup copies may remain for a limited recovery period before being overwritten.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of their personal information. If your information was submitted by a Tenant, contact that Tenant first because it controls the record. You may also contact us, and we will assist the Tenant where required. Tenants can review our Data Deletion Instructions.
9. International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than the one in which it was collected. Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards intended to protect information during international transfers.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will revise the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to info@manageops360.com with the subject “Privacy Request.”
