Tenants can request deletion of their ManageOps360 account and connected platform data. We verify every request to prevent unauthorized or accidental deletion of business records.
1. Before requesting deletion
Deletion is permanent and may affect invoices, payment history, customer ledgers, reporting, integrations, and audit records. Export information your business must retain before submitting a request. Where available, disconnect integrations first to prevent new data from being received.
2. Disconnect WhatsApp or Meta access
- Sign in to your ManageOps360 tenant account as the business owner.
- Open Settings → WhatsApp and disconnect the connected business number when the option is available.
- In Meta Business Settings, remove ManageOps360 Messaging from the relevant business integration or revoke its access to the WhatsApp Business Account.
- Submit the deletion request below if you also want historical templates, messages, delivery events, and account metadata removed.
3. Submit a deletion request
Email info@manageops360.com using the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include:
- Your name and authorized business role.
- The Tenant business name and ManageOps360 account email.
- The data or integration you want deleted.
- If applicable, the connected WhatsApp display number—never send access tokens or passwords.
- Whether you request full account deletion or deletion of a specific integration.
Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment-card information, or identity documents in the initial email. We will provide a secure verification process if additional evidence is required.
4. Identity and authority verification
We may respond through the registered account email, request confirmation from the Tenant owner, or ask for information reasonably necessary to establish authority. We will not delete tenant-wide records based solely on a request from an unverified customer or staff member.
5. What we delete or de-identify
Depending on the request and account configuration, deletion may cover tenant profile information, users, customer records, services, invoices, operational notes, integration credentials, WhatsApp Business Account and phone-number identifiers, synchronized template metadata, message records, delivery history, and stored webhook payloads. We may de-identify records when complete deletion is not technically or legally appropriate.
6. Information that may be retained
We may retain limited information when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal claims, or compliance. We may also retain the minimum record needed to document that a deletion request was completed. Data in encrypted backups is isolated from normal use and removed through the backup lifecycle.
7. Processing timeline
We acknowledge requests as soon as reasonably possible and generally complete verified requests within 30 days. Complex requests or applicable legal requirements may require additional time; if so, we will provide an update. Revoking a Meta integration may stop access sooner than deletion of historical ManageOps360 records.
8. Requests from a Tenant’s customers
If you are a customer of a business using ManageOps360, submit your request directly to that business. The Tenant controls its customer records. We support verified Tenant instructions and legal requests but cannot independently alter a Tenant’s business records without appropriate authority.
9. Contact
Send deletion requests and questions to info@manageops360.com. Include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject so the request can be routed correctly.
